Refund policy
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at merch@pineprintshop.com.
Mis-shipped products
If you received the incorrect product or size and inventory is available to remedy the situation, we will accept a return and ship you the correct product free of charge. You'll be issued a return label to ship back the incorrect product. If inventory is not available to remedy the mis-shipment, will issue a refund for your order.
Exchanges
With the exception of defective or damaged product, we do not accept exchanges. Sizing information and garment details are provided in order to give you the information to select the correct size and make an informed purchase. Unless your product is damaged in transit or defective upon delivery, all sales are final.
Pre-order products
With the exception of defective, damaged, or lost product, we do not offer returns or refunds on product sold in pre-order stores. These products are made-to-order, so exchanges for a different size or color are not possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If you request a refund for defective, damaged, or lost product, we will reverse the transaction on your original payment method. In the even we issue a refund, we will let you know when the refund is issued. It can take up to 5 business days for charges to be reversed; please be patient as it is outside of our control.
