Screenprinting: Our minimum order quantity is 25 pieces and 10 pieces for every additional screen required.

Our average turnaround for screenprinting and embroidery is 10-14 business days after payment. This does not include shipping transit time to you. We strive to keep this consistent year-round, but turnaround can fluctuate with seasonal demand. Talk to a salesperson about our current turnaround times.
Turnaround times for patches and labels can range up to 3-4 weeks after payment.
Turnaround times for promotional products ranges from 10-20 business days after payment. Talk to a salesperson about the turnaround time for the specific product your interested in.
Vector-based art: Ensure any text in your art is converted to outlines or expanded. Acceptable file types include AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF.
Raster-based art: Resolution must be at least 300 DPI. Size your artwork to the size you’d like it printed. For full-size imprints, we recommend minimum 12 inches wide. Acceptable file types include PSD, PDF, JPEG, and PNG.
We will not produce pre-production samples or provide press checks.
We print to match proofs approved by customers prior to production.
We typically do not accept customer-supplied garments that we can source ourselves. Under unique circumstances, we may make exceptions. Talk to a salesperson about your situation.
