Water-based Inks.
Since 2016, we’ve printed exclusively with water-based inks. Our high-and-dry Colorado climate has presented some challenges, but we’re convinced the juice is worth the squeeze.
Water-based inks produce softer, smoother, and more breathable prints.
When used properly, HSA water-based inks have a lower environmental impact than conventional plastisol and our inks are 100% PVC and phthalate free. We’d love to show you the water-based difference.
Focus on quality.
We help customers create products that will stand the test of time. We strive to avoid making one-time-use or throwaway products and to utilize garments containing recycled, upcycled, and organic materials whenever possible.
No pre-press plastic.
We’ve eliminated the wasteful use of plastic film in our screen-making process. Instead, we use a water-soluble wax to image our screens.
Up-cycling.
We upcycle damaged or mis-printed garments into test prints, then transform test prints into shop rags. We strive to minimize textile waste, but make the most of the waste our process inevitably creates.
Water Filtration.
Our screen making and reclaim processes require the use of water, so we utilize a 3-step water filtration system to keep our waste water drain safe.
Breakless Pricing.
We’ve left behind our industry’s traditional pricing structures. Instead, we price our work to give you the best bang for your buck.
We have no setup fees and no price breaks at arbitrary dozen multiples. Instead, we wrap everything into a simple, per-piece price that decreases with every additional piece you order.
No need to order extras to hit that next price break; we’ll make sure you get the best price at exactly the quantity you need. Sometimes you’ve got to see it to believe it.
Bandana Printing
We pride ourselves on our bandana printing.
With the ability to print up to 3 colors of soft water-based ink at 20 X 20 inches, bandanas have never made a better canvas for your designs.
The Basics:
Minimums.
SCREENPRINTING: 25 pieces + 10 pieces for every screen after the first
EMBROIDERY: 25 pieces
BANDANAS: 50 pieces
POSTERS: 50 pieces
HOW MANY SCREENS IS MY DESIGN? Every print color in every location requires an additional screen. For example, a shirt design with a 1 color, 1 location print has a 25 piece minimum. A shirt design with a 1 color print on the front and 1 color print on the back would have a 35 piece minimum.
CAN I ORDER DIFFERENT COLORS OF SHIRTS? Yes! Every additional shirt color or shirt style has a 10 piece minimum. Sizes do not have minimums. For example, if you printed the same design on black shirts and navy shirts, you’d have to order at least 10 of both colors.

Turnaround.
Standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days after payment. This can vary based on shipping times of suppliers involved, availability of garments, and seasonal fluctuation. Very rarely does turnaround exceed 10 business days after payment in full. If you have a hard deadline, be sure to let us know so we can try to accommodate. Let’s talk about it.

WHAT KIND OF GARMENTS CAN I PRINT ON? We can source an overwhelming variety of garments to print or embroider. We’ve sifted through all the options to find you the best bang for your buck. Bella + Canvas, AS Colour, Next Level, and Independent Trading Company are our most popular apparel brands. Let us know what you’re looking for.
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GARMENTS? Sometimes. We typically require at least 100 pieces for customer-supplied garments. Contract printing is available for qualified partners.
