Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic, highly-relational problem solver to fill an Account Executive role on our sales team. The right candidate has experience in a sales setting, though industry experience is not required. This individual will manage existing client relationships and receive inbound leads to be qualified and converted to customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Qualifying and Converting leads
You’ll be responsible for qualifying and converting leads that come through our sales funnels. You'll provide potential and existing customers with pricing, product education, and order process overview. - Outbound Sales
Along with inbound leads, you'll be positioned to acquire your own leads via outbound sales. You'll help staff 1-3 offsite events annually. - Relationship Management
You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers with regular check-ins.

Terms & Compensation
- Base salary + commission: projected earnings $60,000 - $100,000
- 2 weeks of PTO accrued annually

Roles & Responsibilities
- Quality Control
You’ll be responsible for catching and counting garments as they come off the dryer. You will communicate with the press team to address any quality control issues. You’ll prepare, label, and pack boxes of finished merchandise for shipping or pickup. - Press Support
You'll directly assist press operators in setting up and taking down prints, washing tools, screens, and staging garments, tools, screens, and ink. - Finishing
You'll be responsible for applying finishings like hangtags, UPC stickers, and packaging to finished goods per customer specs. - Rinse & Reclaim
You’ll be responsible for reclaiming screens after production. You’ll be responsible for rinsing screens and tools as they come off the press. - Embroidery Assistance
You'll directly assist embroidery operators in removing backing, touching up and trimming stitching, and folding and boxing finished garments. - Shop cleanliness & maintenance
You’ll be responsible for keeping your work area clean, performing routine maintenance on water filters and washout equipment, emptying trash and recycling on a weekly basis, and assisting with preventative maintenance tasks. - Heat press operation: You’ll be responsible for running the heat press(es) and applying heat transfer size tags and Supacolor transfers.
Keys to Success
- Attention to detail: You’ll need to have a high-level of attention to detail while acting as the last line of quality control in production as well as sorting through multiple orders in inbound shipments.
- Stamina: You’ll be on your feet all day; a high level of physical stamina will be required.
- Flexibility: Your responsibilities will be varied and you’ll need to be able to be flexible and to anticipate the needs of the rest of the team to keep production flow moving.
Terms & Compensation
- $18 / hour + profit sharing
- Seasonal employment begins late May or early June and concludes end of October with the possibility of extending through November based on seasonal volume.
